The term “Outsourcing 4.0” might sounds strange to you, and it indeed is a new world of corporate real estate outsourcing which have been employed in the real estate industry recently. Some of the metrics to evaluate the factor of people skills and availability includes the ITO/BPO experience and skills, educational and language skills, and labour force availability.
